Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir, kindly reply my below mentioned questions

1. The Bank have conducted a departemental enquiry against me on the basis of allegation of fraud and removed me from Bank`s service but in the final order accepted that there is no loss to the Bank, what are remedies available to me.

2. The Bank has also reported the matter to the EOW for fraud investigation, the Police also exonerated me from fraud allegations in its report and didn`t lodged any FIR or case against me, still the Bank punished me.

3. The Bank has conducted the enquiry against me on the basis of a phone call made by an unidentified unknown person, whose identity is still unown to the Bank, does such type of complaint is acceptable as per CVC norms.

4. The Bank has alledged me of making fraud in the Customers deposit account without any complaint from any customers written/verbal to the Bank.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Bank has terminated your services without you being at fault, your approach should be to seek reinstatement of service in the Bank. Most important, you should also ensure that you have received your fill salary dues till the date of wrong termination of your service from the Bank. You should submit your representation in writing to the Managing Director of the Bank.
