Sir , kirpya yeh batay ki ek cheque bounce ho gaya jo kise k dwara diya gaya tha aur main NRI hu ...mai Dubai mai rahta hu...aur maine email se notice send kiya hu. Aur main abhi India nahi a pao ga next 6 maheene main.
ab main kya kar sakta hu Dubai main rah kar.

You can appoint a legal representative in India to remain present in the Court for the hearing of cheque dishonour.
