Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir i have lost my 22900 rupees due to no security on atm m\c. Sombody withdrew my hardearn money due to low security system of atm there is no gaurd and proper security. What can i do sir.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge a Police complaint and write a claim letter to the Bank furnishing them with a copy of the Police complaint.
