Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, I have made credit card amount settlement in between 2002-2004 but the executive has not given any letter of settlement, and after six months another executive came asked for amount. From then onwards, I have not made any payment. Now I have received a call from one of legal adviser saying they have issued non bailable warrant on me from mumbai court for amount outstanding of Rs.31000/- and now the total o/s is 600000/-. Is it really possible to issue a non bailable warrant for such amount from mumbai court to hyderabad.

May be a cheque bouncing case. Better engage a good lawyer, get bail and contest the case instead of seeking general and not case specific advice on materials not available to this forum
