Sir mera naam Rais Ahmed hai mujhe ek bande ne taishuda waqt se 1saal ke baad check diya hai 12december ki date hai mujhe yakeen hai ki WO bounce Hoga _50000ka WO mujhse meri car maang kar le gaya Tha Jo usse JAL gayi cost thi 1lakh par 50 ka checkdiya usse 1lakh kaise nikal paoonga help me plz main malviya nagar new Delhi main rahta hoon usne apni company ke naam ka check diya hai

Dear Rais Ahmed,
Car ke keemat thee Rs. 1,00,000/- aur aapkay dost nay woh lekar uskay bajaay aapko Rs. 50,000/- ka cheque diya hai. Kripaya due date par woh cheque apnay bank khaatay may jamaa kee jiye. Agar ye cheque bank say waapis aataa hai aur aapkaa dost aapko Rs. 50,000/- cash nahee lautataa toh Police case darj karkay turant 138 (cheque bouncing) kee karwaahee apnay dost kay khilaaf keejiye.
