sir mujhe ek subodh Kumar jee be ek chaque diye jo 239000 ka tha oh bonce kar gya hai. main use bataya to o bola aap case Karl do main paise nahi dunga. aB aap bataye main kya karu?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may file a recovery case for cheque dishonour as per Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938.
