Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi sir, I Ramesh Patil, I have purchased TV under the Loan scheme of Bajaj financial Ltd. ( Bajaj finserv).

Now only one EMI payment is due so for that they have sent me a legal layer notice like should pay the outstanding including layer notice fees and penalty. Please suggest how to fight in this case.

Dear Shri Ramesh Patil,

Only if you have any valid reason for withholding the last Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) payment, you should write to the Company and explain your stance. Otherwise, paying and settling off your loan dues is advisable and recommended.
