Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir, i received education loan from 2009 in four installments and i repaid it every month. But bank sent it as NPA to LOKADALAT. i enquired to the bank but they said they wrongly added my name in that NPA list.But they are not withdrawing it also.How can complaint against it..and where to complaint...please reply sir..

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can lodge your grievances in writing addressed to the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank followed by lodging a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman on the Reserve Bank of India website for their attention and intervention to resolve the matter.
