Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir how can I get succession certificate from court if I don't know about date... Can there is alternative to get succession certificate by name of deceased person from court....

Dear Sir / Madam,
You need to first ascertain all detail of the deceased from the local Municipality Office or the Panchayat that records Births and Deaths, and collect evidence and documentary proof mentioning the Deceased's Name, Address and Year of Death. Based on the evidence gathered, you should apply to the Court for the Succession Certificate.
