Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir I am a tenant in a property which had been mortgage to the bank after my tenancy agreement. Now the landlord has default paying the bank which resulted action under SERFASAI ACT and the bank has appealed before the DATE FOR obtaining sale order and to available physical possession of the property. I have filed a legal suite against landlord for ill-legal eviction and obtained a STATUS QUO ORDER from the court.

What should I do to secure my legal status and my possession. My mobile no :9830321669

U have already taken action as per your lawyer's advice. Pl. check with him that should not you file an application before the DRT praying that the Bank can not dispossess you and any sale is subject to your pre existing right as tenant in physical possession of the property.
