Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
I purchased a vacant land property from sheduled bank 3 years back on SARFASI ACT& they issued sales certificate confirming possesion& no encumbranceencumbarence. Now I have been informed that sale set asideby DRT on technical grounds on short notice period by a day.Now what is my rights to defend?
