Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir,
i registered my bank mortgaged property to a person and he know about bank mortgage and we written a understanding latter that he have to clear that bank loan, but he not cleared the loan.now the bank people given me a notice that clear the bank loan within a week days otherwise it will go for auction. so my doubt is, if bank people came to know about this registration than is there any chances to take action on me. what are the chances to happen. please suggest me.
