if cheque is bounced due to insignificant balance.then what is the time period in witch can sue the cheque honer.some say it will three year.

after check dishonor there is no time limit for getting the FIR registered against the offender under section 489-F of PPC. The punishment for dishonoring of cheque is 3 years and it is itself an offense of non-cognizable,non-bailable and of compoundable nature. However, the sooner you proceed the stronger your case is..
The second case is for the recovery of money under order 37 which has a time period of 3 years from the date the cheque has been dishonored. For more you can consult me at [email protected]
