Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello Sir,
I'm Nandagopal, I have taken a loan amount of Rs 8lacks and so far I have made payment for 1.5 years.
Total tenure is 5 years. Currently, my situation is bad like I have lost my job and I'm indefinite unable to pay my remaining due. Will I be put behind bars. Need your advice.

You should discuss this problem with the Bank and get your loan repayment rescheduled.
