Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,its true I had given a cheque against financer but I'm not position to repay him at the same time started to blaming me by keeping the case in this situation I had stopped the cheque leaf in request with bank now what is position of case

You should negotiate the matter regarding repayment and settlement of the loaned amount with the financier.
