Sir/madam
I have resigned mfi job by giving 20days notice period but the notice period was one month ,they refuse to refund my cash security deposit for the job ,what shall i do

Dear Sir / Madam,
It all depends on the terms and condition regarding refund of security deposit as specified in your Offer / Appointment Letter. Since you have not served the notice period of one month falling short by 20 days, the Company remains entitled to recover and deduct your salary (basic pay only) for the period of 10 days notice period not served by you, from your net full and final settlement including refund of the Cash Security Deposit in the Company.
