Legal Question in Banking Law in
Hello Sir/Madam,
I signed a bond with my employer for 18 months within which I can not leave the job. If I do, I will have to pay Rs 25,000. I have submitted cheque for Rs 25,000. One of the clause of bond states that employer will provide three months training which never happened in my case. Also I found few unknown/hidden/undisclosed rules which were not discussed during the course of Interview or Job. I found it only after the deduction happened. I do not wish to continue with this company for several reasons.
Recently I lost my cheque book, I informed bank and got the whole cheque book canceled which includes once cheque given to employer. I am yet to inform them about this incident.
Please help me get rid of this employer.
Thank you.

We will have to go through the Bond you signed at the time of employment.
If there is no training granted .. they can not demand 25000 in case you leave... but to decide conditions of bond have to be understood properly..
We have done cases and advised our clients before also and the companies have ended up empty handed.
