Legal Question in Banking Law in

hi sir,

one person(real estate broker) has cheted me that he will sell land and took Rs50,000 cash.(i have recept of giving cash and letter head writen statment that he will sell me land).as we pressure him he has given Rs10,000 cash back and 2 cheqs of Rs20,000 each.but cheqs has bounced.even his real estate office closed down and i am unable to get his adress.so i went to cheq issue bank and ask bank persons to give me the adress but they are not giving.as it was getting late becose nearly 5months over now what should i have to do plz suggest me.i really need your valuble suggetion to sort out my problem.

1)wether i need to complaint in police station.what should be done to register a case of cheating, and which place it should be filed? The place of the bank, where the cheque was dishonoured or the place where the cheque was handed?

2)cheq belongs to ING VYSYA bank,dilsukhnagar branch,hyderabad.AP,india.

3)wether cheq will invalid after 6months.

send him a notic U/Sec. 138 Negotiable Instruments Act through a Lawyer for the cheque bounce.

you can also lodge a case of fraud & 420.

Yes the cheque would become invalid after 6 months so move fast
