Dear Sir / Madam,
The Bank does not need your consent for debiting charges to your A/c. To highlight, if you have given your Bank a Cheque for issue of a Demand Draft / Pay Order and if your cheque is for the exact amount of the DD / PO, the Bank will debit the charges to your A/c. The Bank will also debit charges charges if your A/c is inoperative for a period exceeding two years.
Regards,
