Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
Someone in my previous organization misused my personal documents and taken the personal loan from bank and used those paper as gurantor which I came to know only when Bank legal department contacted me. Now Bank is asking either I pay the amount or produce that person in court. Which is not possible as I do not know that person at all. Getting regular call from Bank legal cell threating me to put me behind the bars. Please advise
