Legal Question in Banking Law in
I sold 3 pc to a customer and I dont have any proof that I have sold pc because he refused to take any bill for the same. But he has given me receipt for cheque deposit. Now cheque has been returned to me because that was old cheque and there was no MICR no in that cheque. Please suggest me for the same.

you can send a legal notice within one month from bouncing of the cheque and thereafter you may file a complaint under NI act.
