I am a sole owner of the flat under loan from HDFC. Can I gift the flat to my husband's brother after informing the bank and transfer the said loan to his name. He is eligible as he is earning 80 thousand a month. Please advise

Dear Madam / Sir,
Instead of gifting your flat to your brother-in-law which is still on loan, give it on lease / leave and license agreement or engage paying guests to occupy a part of your flat along with you, and repay and settle your remaining bank loan installments from the rental income you receive.
