Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my son takes loan which idont know and he dead now banks asking me to pay his outstanding loan amount ......what can I do

Was he married or in married. If unmarried unless you have inherited any of your son's properties the bank cannot proceed against you. If married, and if he has left any properties the same will be proceeded against the same in his widow's hands.
