I have submitt cheque in india and cheque bounced and currently m shifted to other country hw can i file a complaint but my family is in india only plz advice

If the cheque that has been issued by you has bounced, the opposite party and not you has to file a case for recovery of the money. Your query is not clear. Please post again with correct details to enable me to render proper advice and guidance in the matter.
