Legal Question in Banking Law in
there was sufficient balance in my SBI a/c. But my MULTICITY cheque was bounced and a fine of Rs100 was levied in my a/c. After request my service Branch has recredited Rs100. But what legal action can I take against the Branch that had bounced my cheque in presence of sufficient balance? Now they say that it was mistake on their part and beg excuse for this!
