Legal Question in Banking Law in India
can one of either or survivor account holder in a MIS account stop other from operating the account ?

Techincally unless both of you cancel the either or survivor accout to be operated by the other. However if either of the account holders issues instruction to stop operation by the other, the bank or post office will stop both of them from operating the account.
