Legal Question in Banking Law in
i am taking money from my friend rs 100000/- rs and i am given blank cheque to him, i am refund the same amount to my friend through net banking. right now my friend has cheating me he has deposited cheque 500000/- and cheque is bounce again he is cheated he asking onother one lack. plz give suggestion what i do
