Legal Question in Banking Law in United Kingdom
If I tender (via USPS) a promissory note to a BANK, requesting it to be 'DEPOSITED ON ACCOUNT OR EXCHANGED FOR NON-NEGOTIABLE FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES OF EQUAL VALUE' and the bank receives it, take not action on it but to keep it and refuses to return it, can legal action be taken against the bank?
