Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have taken a term loan from UCO Bank India Under UCO Bank Rent Scheme Bank sanctioned loan fixed rate of interest basis but later on charged on floating rate basis with the explanation that it was writtin in terms and condition let me know weather he can charge or not.

in case it was mentioned in the scheme that it is fixed rate of interest, you can approach the consumer forum against the bank or approach the bank ombudsman.
