Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Type Your Question Here... I am suspecting since many days that someone is taking a loan in my name. I was asked for pan card xerox even though I submitted one in the bank , asked to sign again & again telling to sign properly , I saw some people in the bank searching through some documents in private and looking at me.

If that so what steps should I take to prevent this & to prevent someone from taking loan in my name ? Kindly guide me about this.

Dear Madam / Sir,

Reading your query, I get a feeling that your preconceived notions and presumptions are becoming a foregone conclusion. In today's world, the Bank is literally pleading everybody to avail of a business / personal / housing loan. So, I see no reason how and why somebody would take a loan solely on the basis and strength of your documents, Anyway, you may clear your doubts with the concerned Bank.
