i am unable to pay my credit card bills more than 3 months due to loss my businesss so now what i have to do coz banking person calling me again & again

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Bank is legally right in asking you to settle your Credit Card dues. You should negotiate, agree upon and document a settlement of your card dues with the Bank.
