Legal Question in Banking Law in Bangladesh

What is the validity period of dividend warrant in Bangladesh? Is this possible that a company can give his shareholder 'dividend warrant' with one year validity period from issuing? If so, under which regulation?

Dear,

I appreciate questions set-forth from your end; however you must answer first, whether you want theory or practical solution? If it is mere question, you could find it in the company laws of Bangladesh, go through Chapter illustrating dividend, etc. but if yours' intention is to seek advise from a Counsel, you have to come forward with your facts in real & in detail.
