Immediately issue lawyer's notice to vendor to return the cheques as they were not for consideration. Simultaneously issue notice to bank to stop payment of the cheques as and when presented.

file a police complaint elucidating the circumstances under which he blackmailed you into giving the cheques. Therafter send him a legal notice threatning him of legal action is he presents the cheque. Instruct the bank to stop the payment of the cheque.for further queries contact 9312411481
