Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I work in a bank. i have given some large amount with a promisory note to a broker with a condition that he we return the amount within six months. But he didn't return the amount and not even interest. i consulated a lawer. he told that i should go for court. but my bank rules did not permit me to go to the court. what shall i do? how can i get my money back

You can file a suit to recover the amount from your debtor. Your employer bank rules prohibiting you from resorting to legal remedies for recovery of personal dues are illegal and cannot prevent you from your recourse to legal remedies.
