Legal Question in Banking Law in India
is it must to write "Satya meva jayate" under Ashok stambha, the nation emblem in india? and the other question is if any one doesn't write this then is it any offence??

Dear Sir / Madam,
National emblems are to be retained in the same original form. Yes, it would be deemed a criminal offence to tamper national emblems.
