If somebody transfers on line money to another's account that does not by itself create a debt due from the transferee to the transferor. The onus of proving by acceptable evidence that it was a loan to the transferee is on the transferor. Otherwise it will be treated as a voluntary
Gift by the transferor. If the transfer was wrong, he can recover the amount from the transferee either by negotiation or failing the same by filing suit for recovery on the ground of mistaken credit.
