Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Libya

Dear Members:
Can any body tell me if there are any legal firms who would be willing to take a case of Banking disputes regarding LC on the bases of "No win No fee" as I gathered there are some firms agree to take up case under such agreement.

Dear Sir,

No serious or experienced firm will work on a "no cure no pay" fee in this type of business.
