Legal Question in Bankruptcy in United Kingdom

hi i wonder if you can tell me, my friend is being declared bankrupt and we had a verble agreement on a loan i gave her of �32000. she has not paid any of this back . how can i get it back, i live in Scotland so can you tell me what i can do.

First get her to sign a statement that she received your loan.

Possibly agree to a repayment plan.

With that paper you can afterwards claim the money via the courts.
