Legal Question in Bankruptcy in
my friend got judgement in cheque bounce case as one year imprisonment with 20 lacs fine. he don't have so much money and if he try to pay by making loan he will finish so what he should do?His father is very old 87 years and he own self builded house. but if he tried to save his son. both will be in problem. if his father sale his house, the family will be on road.Is it possible of attachment to his father's house for recovering of this money?

it is better if an appeal is filed against the judgment on the point of law and facts. unless a lawyer goes through the judgment, it is very difficult to comment any further.
