iF some 1 file case against u,so can that file case against that person

Dear Sir / Madam,
When a person files a case against you, he / she is the plaintiff and you become the defendant. Instead of you filing a separate case and wasting money on it, you should bring out the facts in this very case and prove your points to the Judge hearing the matter.
