Legal Question in Business Law in India
1. i want to start ecommerce business. in starting its lessthan 5 lakh rupee business. so, i dont need to bother about any vat or sales tax---what do you say!!.
2. pretty soon, because of my hardwork it crosses 5 lakh rupees within a year. then, can i start the company of my own?
3. i drop ship the items from dropshippers. do i face any case regarding this from customers as they notice i dropshipped from somewhere else?
4. i want to dropship two items from www.snapdeal.com---can i take their images and product description into my website?
