Legal Question in Business Law in India
there is aadd in a newspaper of home based work. i gave them 8000rs as a security. they are not giving me any work and they are not giving my money back.
should i go to consumer court??
if yes then what is the procedure for that

Dear Sir / Madam,
All home based work advertisements that appear are a fraud and one should never ever give any money to such set-ups. You will have to lodge a Police complaint against the Company to recover the money you paid them.
