Legal Question in Business Law in India
I had given advance to a firm for SEO & digital marketing as well as pre launch campaigning of my website, however the said person didn't do a single activity for the same. My site was launched without any publicity and hence i had to suffer financial loss, what should I do now? can I claim indemnity from him

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you may sue the firm in case it has failed to render the agreed services despite receipt of monies from you.
