Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi All
Please help me in the following situation -:
I would like to know whether i am permitted to sell alcohol or liquor online in Delhi-NCR Area?
I currently don't have liquor license .
My business plan does not include keeping the inventory of liquor with me. I plan to deliver the liquor directly from distributor or retailer to customer.
So is the license necessary in this case.
Please help .
