Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
I bought somesite.pk and somesite.me.uk i am not a company i am just a person buying this domain, now after i bought these i bought a script just like somesite.com. Now website is running and members are joining. i personally live in Pakistan and my nationality is also Pakistani, but my hosting servers exist in United States. Now please tell me what are the impacts on me and my site by somesite.com? in the above situation somesite is name of a company and a trademark and their domain name is somesite.com i am using it as example. I hope the question is clear.

you should register your-self as an affiliated company in Pakistan, usa based company will get the status of parent company.
