Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am having my own brand 'xyz'. I am purchasing an item of another brand 'abc', which i am purchasing with official bill. Do i require any permission from abc to sell the product. Is this illegal, as i am buying everything in proper invoice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your purchasing terms and conditions of brand ;abc; come into play. As long as your Agreement remains valid, you do not need further permission from >abc< to sll their product. In this context, your transactions cannot be deemed : illegal:
