Legal Question in Business Law in India
I'm cable operator. I bought cable network from owner.. That owner is due for the amount of rs.300000 from the earlier owner.. Now that earlier owner is asking me to pay the due amount.. He even filed a case on me. Can you please suggest the solution?? Please be needful.. Thank you..

Dear Sir / Madam,
When you bought the cable network business, you ought to have taken in writing from the seller that all previous and earlier outstanding dues till the date of purchase remain the liability of the seller. You can produce a copy of that condition to the previous owner as proof.
