We are in Call Center Business. There is a Guy Narendra Kumar Rai from Durgapur, Bihar. He cheated us and put us under the loss of more than INR 40000. We are here in Chennai. How can we file a Case against him. He must suffer. He must be punished.

FILE A CASE UNDER CYEBERLAW ACT AND UNDER INDIAN PENAL CODE SEC 420 FOR CHEATING AT THE LOCAL MAGISTRATE COURT IN CHENNAI BEFORE APPROACHING COURT FILE AND FIR AT THE LOCAL POLICE STATION IN YOUR AREA.
