in my cases police not register complain again accuse dont take there statement in written

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Police are legally bound to register any complaint lodged at the Police Station. If the Duty Officer refuses to register your complaint, go and meet the Superintendent of Police above the Duty Officer and request him / her to instruct the Duty Officer to record your complaint and commence an inquiry and summon the accused to the Police Station for questioning.
