Legal Question in Business Law in Turkey
our case
we order phones from a company we ask for 2 and we pay by wester
but when they send the order they send 10
the order stopped in airport
the company refuse to send our money back
and they didn't give our phones as well they want us to pay for the 10 phones
we want to know our position from the law case since order from england and we in turkey
